General terms and conditions

1 | Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all verbal and written quotations and agreements with, and all related actions associated therewith, both preparatory and executive in nature.

2 | Company description

Awakening.design focuses on training, coaching, workshops, and healings within the field of personal development, in the broadest sense. Awakening.design is registered under number: 0804.374.973.

3 | Definitions

The Contractor in this agreement is Awakening.design, who uses these general terms and conditions when providing its services. The Client in this agreement refers to the customer who uses the services offered by Awakening.design. An agreement is considered to encompass all arrangements made between the Client and the Contractor regarding the services to be provided.

4 | Execution of the agreement

  • The Contractor will execute the agreement to the best of their knowledge and ability. The Contractor has an obligation to make efforts in performing the agreement and, therefore, cannot be held liable based on specific results.

  • By confirming the agreement and accepting these general terms and conditions, the Client gives permission for their name, address, and phone number to be used by the Contractor for recording in the client database for administrative purposes.

  • The Client shall ensure that all information, which the Client indicates as necessary or which the Client reasonably understands to be necessary for the execution of the agreement, is provided to the Contractor in a timely manner. If these details are not provided in a timely manner, the Contractor reserves the right to suspend the execution of the agreement.

5 | Prices and quotes

  • All offers and price quotations made by the Contractor are non-binding, both in terms of price, content, and delivery time, and will expire after 30 days.

  • Quotations are based on the information available to the Contractor.

  • An agreement is established at the moment when the Contractor receives and accepts the signed quotation or contract from the Client and/or when it is confirmed via email.

  • The agreement may include additional price arrangements, such as hiring third parties, venue rental, equipment, travel expenses, etc.

6 | Terms of payment for coaching appointments

  •  Payment should be made by bank transfer to BE47 7506 9879 9680, payable to Awakening.design. The payment term is 7 days before the session. If the session is booked within 7 working days, the payment term is 24 hours after the booking.

  • In case of non-timely payment or failure to make payment, the Client will automatically be in default, and the Contractor reserves the right to immediately suspend the execution of the agreement.

7 | Terms of payment for public speaking

  • Invoicing will be done as indicated in the quotation. Payment should be made by bank transfer to BE47 7506 9879 9680, payable to Awakening.design. The payment term is 14 days after the invoice date unless otherwise indicated on the invoice.

  • In case of non-timely payment or failure to make payment, the Client will automatically be in default, and the Contractor reserves the right to immediately suspend the execution of the agreement.

  • If there are any objections regarding the invoice, the Client must communicate this in writing to the Contractor within two weeks of receiving the invoice.

8 | Reschedule coaching appointments

  • If the Client cancels the appointment made by him/her within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the Contractor will charge the costs, and the Client is obligated to pay them. Appointments canceled or rescheduled before this time will not be charged.

  • In case the Client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment, the costs for the session will be invoiced, and the Client is obligated to pay them.

  • The Contractor reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if she cannot fulfill the agreement adequately.

9 | Reschedule public speaking 

  • If the Client cancels the appointment made by him/her within 120 hours before the scheduled appointment, the Contractor will charge the costs, and the Client is obligated to pay them. Appointments canceled or rescheduled before this time will not be charged.

  • The Contractor reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if she cannot fulfill the agreement adequately.

10 | Confidentiality

  • Both parties are obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding everything discussed during or in connection with the coaching sessions, training, workshops, healings or advisory assignments.

  • In the event of imminent danger to the Client or society, the Contractor reserves the right to break confidentiality and inform the competent and designated authorities.

11 | Liability

  • The Contractor accepts no liability whatsoever for damage arising from or in connection with the services provided by her.

  • The liability of the Contractor is limited to the invoice value of the assignment, or at least the portion of the assignment to which the liability relates.

  • The Contractor is not liable for direct or indirect damage suffered by the Client as a result of actions or decisions taken in response to or during a training, coaching session, workshop, retreat, healing. The Client remains solely responsible for choices made.

  • Any liability of the Contractor for business damage or any other indirect or consequential damage, of any kind whatsoever, is expressly excluded.

12 | Complaint procedure

  • If the Client has complaints about the performed services, they must communicate this in writing to the Contractor within 14 days after the issue arises.

  • After being informed and discussing the complaint with the Client, the Contractor will make every effort to implement the chosen solution direction to the best of their ability.
